Whilst raiding my sister's storage for components which might be able to make a saint's costume (halo - nope, cross - nope, wings - nope) I did manage to find this absolutely stunning Venetian-esque mask:
Somehow, I need to find a way to make it part of a costume of a London Underground Tube station. Any ideas?
Try as I might, I can not see a connection between the two...should you be a ghostly conductor???
ReplyDeletejust become a venetian princess, hahaha such a beautiful mask!
ReplyDeleteYou know, I think I might just slap it on anyway, for no particular reason. xx
ReplyDeleteyou could be the spirit of covent garden. loads of ballet and opera there, and the mask looks quite theatrical and operatic (it even has littly lovely musical notes on it).or there's always angel, because angels would blatently wear something that pretty.
ReplyDeleteEleanor, I think you've got it! Thanks! I have some fairy wings I could tie in too, although I would prefer to be a saint (All Saints)... do you think saints wear musical notes?

ReplyDeleteshe would definitely wear musical notes. thank you catholicism, for your slightly strange tendancy to give EVERYTHING a patron saint (even neck stiffness. yes, really).
Oh god! that was a beautiful mask..
ReplyDeleteAnyway that kind of gorgeous mask must wear at any party, specially on adult's party.
Such a good idea maybe i can use it on my coming birthday this year!!!;)
Hope to see you on my blog..
